Abstract :
A multi-exponential T2 inversion method for NMR relaxation signals is presented and tested, which is based on the thought of algorithm for singular value decomposition (SVD). This method is realized in MATLAB. The concrete implementation process for SVD is discussed in detail, and some SVD inversion modeling and practical data collected from the NMR analyst instrument are calculated. The paper give the multi-exponential T2 inversion results in different SNR, and the method to echo train processing is introduced, the algorithm is a valuable reference for NMR inversion software development.
