Establishment and application of digital forest resource management system

According to the requirements of the forestry construction and development, this paper discusses the inputting method of forest resources graphical data and the attributive data and the establishing of the process of forest resources management system in Anshan by using GIS software Arc View, database software Foxpro and the image software Photoshop, which computerizes the forest resources data management in this region. Through this analysis, it provides a good basis for improving the work efficiency in forest industry, making the correct decision and realizing the information management.
