Abstract :
The improvement of logistics performance will improve the retailer´s capability of quick response to the market changes, and impact the organization performance positively. However, if something could not be measured, it could not be managed, and could not be improved also. Based on defining the conceptual framework of logistics mode, this paper analyzes the impact of it on logistics performance measurement system.
