Abstract
The application of E-Learning has changed the traditional teaching mode, in which teachers are facing many challenges in the process of change. Through questionnaires, interviews and other methods of access to relevant information and analysis of the data obtained, the factors which affect college English teachers accepting E-learning are summarized as these-teaching ideas, teacher´s personal capacity, technology, management mechanism. The paper is to put forward the relevant strategy and proposals according to the factors and points out that blended learning is the best college English teaching mode at the present period and this study is of positive significance for promoting the reform of the college English teaching mode.
