Abstract :
This article first develops the definition of software project cost risk and the efficiency of software project risk resolution strategy combination, then taking the efficiency as the selection criteria, proposes an optimal model for choosing software project cost risk resolution strategy combination based on the COCOMOII model. The model can provide us suggestions of how to select the appropriate software project cost risk resolution strategy combination at the stage of software project risk planning. Finally an example was given to prove the practicability and feasibility.
