Abstract :
In comparative advantage model, no matter for complete or partial specialization, trade is determined by factors endowment. The results of trade, such as consumption, utility and terms of trade, are influenced by elements such as factors endowment and production efficiency. Consumption preference and demand strength can also affect trade to some extent.
