  • Abstract
    Mixer and high gain control amplifier MMICs have been designed for commercial applications in the millimeter frequency range using coplanar waveguide technology. Electromagnetic simulations and modeling technique have allowed to obtain good results in a first pass between 50 and 60 GHz.
