Dynamic Evolution of Buyer-Supplier Relationships Based on Interdependence

Management of supplier relationship is the core of supplier chain links. Supplier relationship model is set up based on interdependence between buyer and supplier. Four kinds supplier relationship of advantage relationship, disadvantage relationship, complementation relationship, equal relationship are put forward. Dynamic evolution model of supplier relationship is constructed according to interdependence degree. Management of strategies of four kinds of supplier relationship is put forward. It is expected that the research can help the practice or theory of supplier management.
