Abstract
The Topsat satellite is designed to demonstrate a capability to utilise low cost platforms for high resolution imaging and information management using space-based resources. It will provide a capability to supply 2.5 and 5 m panchromatic and colour imagery direct to a mobile ground station from a low cost microsatellite platform, illustrating high timeliness in data provision
