  • Abstract
    Special important station and application of BSRF in the Z-pinch physics study are introduced first. Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) used special operation mode with the storage ring electron energy 2.5GeV, beam current 130~250mA, photon energy region 50~1800eV. We inserted metal filters in the 3W1B for absorbing higher harmonics. In this paper, the methods of calibrating the soft X-ray spectrometer elements are reported and the calibration curves are given. At last, We analyzed the difference of the experimental data and the theoretical calculation.
