Abstract :
Now medical imaging processing technology is a very hot subject. The digital image processing in spectral imaging technology field is one of the incarnations. The article is base on the experiment of fresh samples of bone cancer in adults. By using spectral similarity mapping and correlation algorithm, we get two different images. The result of correlation algorithm is fast, but unclear, while the result of spectral similarity mapping is slow, but bright and accurate. Two methods can be applied at the different stages is also be expatiated in the article. Correlation algorithm can be used for fast classification or primary screening. SSM can be used for accurate identification the fine structure.
