Abstract
Dichroic frequency selective surface having stable filtering characteristics over a wide range of incidence angle is designed. The resonator layer is first represented by a homogeneous material slab using effective medium parameters. An optimal quarter-wave superstrate layer is subsequently applied. Angularly stable filtering responses are confirmed with simulation results.
