Abstract :
Construction industrialization is the inevitable trend in construction industry. Construction industrialization could cut construction period down, improve engineering quality, increase labor productivity, save energy and exhaust less pollution and promote the overall level of construction industry. However, there is no clear conclusion about China´s construction industrialization level. Based on the Japanese interrelated data, regarding these factors as independent variable and the degree of construction industrialization as a dependent factor, this paper analysis the factors affecting construction industrialization, and established a linear regression model. By the model, this paper analyzes the level of construction industrialization of our country, and find that the construction industrialization level of our country close to the level of the early 1980s in Japan. Further, this paper compared the factors of Japan and China, and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of development construction industrialization in our country.
