  • Abstract
China has enforced compliance regulations. The regulatory agencies are the AQSIQ (General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People´s Republic of China), the CNCA (China National Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People´s Republic of China), and the MII (Ministry of Information Industry). The regulated products must be tested to the applicable standards and be certified by the Chinese authority(ies) before being placed on the Chinese market. The responsibility of each agency and the relationship among the agencies are addressed in this paper. This paper provides the readers with a communication channel to understand and follow the Chinese regulations and to also speed up the process of exporting products into China.
