Abstract :
Deviant behavior is behavior that is a recognized violation of social norms. It does not only exist in real society, but also appearances in social tagging system. Base on the investment of user´s tagging behavior in delicious.com, this paper find content deviation and form deviation in tagging are quite common, especially the form deviation which have diverse performances like combination word, reformation word, etc. In order to eliminate the negative influence caused by tagging deviation, which will lower the effectiveness of user profile and information recommendation, the paper uses popular tags of resource to correct deviation, and three means including maximum absorb, turning point and Min-Max are put forward.
