Abstract :
In order to know the human resources conditions of power supplying companies and to avoid the potential risks, this paper sets up an evaluation index system for the risk of human resources according to the characteristics of power supplying company. Then the scores of human resources risk are obtained by AHP method and linear weighted method. The cloud model is introduced to get concept partition of human resources risk instead of the hard division method in previous studies. The concepts gained by this way can reflect the data distribution characteristics more obviously. After that, by backward cloud generator, the cloud parameters can be got, which are used for evaluation. The example in this paper shows that the model is feasible and effective since it can offer more hidden information.
