Abstract :
The article consists of presentation slides on hazards & risks from electrical equipment. The areas discussed include: electrical hazards; electric shock and burns; explosion-related injuries; health hazards; legal requirements; electricity at work regulations; electrical safety on construction sites; avoidance of danger from overhead electric power lines and underground services; maintenance of portable and transportable electrical equipment; and fatal accidents.
