Abstract
This paper analyzes the connotation of R&D process cooperative work, establishes the structural equation model of the relationship between R&D process recognition, R&D process design, R&D process execution and R&D process achievement, and obtains the following conclusions based on exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and overall structural equation model analysis: in cooperative R&D system, R&D process recognition and R&D process design are both positively correlated to R&D process execution and R&D process achievement, and R&D process execution is also positively correlated to R&D process achievement.
