Results of experimental research into the influence of electromagnetic processing of sea and fresh water to the process of accumulation of salts on a surface are resulted. Recommendations for the effective application of electromagnetic apparatus on ship installations, on the reception of fresh water, and auxiliary boilers, for the prevention of salts accumulation on its surfaces, are developed
