Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper adopts the methodology of Grossman and Krugman to analyze environmental effect of China´s textile export from 1991 and 2006. The results suggest that the development of China´s textile export brings negative scale effect to the environment by excessive exploitation of resources and environmental pollution. But with the introduction and implementation of environmental protection technology, it has brought positive technique effect on the environment. However, the positive impact of technique effect together with composition effect, product effect and regulation effect still couldn´t offset the negative impact of scale effect.
