Abstract :
Questions of generation and forming of powerful electron beams in electrodes systems of high voltage glow discharge are discussed in this report. Dependences of energetic and optic parameters of electron beam versus discharge parameters are considered. Examples of some up-date and advanced possibilities of using of high voltage electron beam sources for realizing different technological operations are also given in this paper.
