Abstract :
The time parameters calculation of the activity-on-arrow network is the base of duration optimization and resource optimization, but the complexity of existing methods limits its wide application in practice. In face of these shortcomings, based on studying the activity algorithm and the node algorithm of the activity-on-arrow network, this paper proposes to use the duration matrix to show the schedule and logical relations of activities, and then gives the corresponding calculation formulas of time parameters and resource requirements. In the last, this paper uses matlab language to program, and verifies its feasibility and simplicity by an example.
