Abstract :
This paper presents an exact relativistic solution to the problem of electromagnetic wave scattering by uniformly translating bodies, that is performed by applying Lorentz field transforming formulae to plane wave spectra representing the scattered fields in the moving frame. The example of cylindrical targets moving closely to a plane interface is depicted.
