Abstract :
Engineering consultancy serves the owners and tries to provide the best way with their engineering knowledge and technology to solve problems during construction process. The owner engages the engineering consultancy to help with the project management to get success. The relationship between the owner and the consultancy and the problems that exist during the management process between them two are analyzed. Also the countermeasures to solve these problems are provided in this paper. For example, for the owner is the core of the project management, so he should adopt measures such as selecting appropriate consultancy and contracts structure, explicit division of the work borderline and work flow between the consultancies etc. to make the aim arrived successfully.
