Abstract :
The financial early-warning research into state-owned commercial banks has not been carried out effectively due to the lack of samples. An easy and simple mode for financial performance early-warning could be established with the organic combination of optimum-aimed performance evaluation and security-aimed financial early-warning. With the efficacy coefficient method, the present paper illustrates the early-warning process of financial performance in state-owned commercial banks, which is significant for guiding the banks in strengthening their daily financial monitoring mechanism.
