Abstract
The newly adjustment in the industrial structure in China is in line with the transition of economic development mode. In developed countries, service sector accounts for more than seventy percent of GDP. However n China, the share of service sector is comparatively small. This means that China has great potential for developing service economy in the future. And both Chinese local governments and enterprises can accomplish much in the field of service economy.
