Research on Methodology for Resolving Conflicts from Project Stakeholders Based on ANP Theory

As the division of work and collaboration among different organizations are strengthened, it is more and more popular that multiple organizations participate in one project. Everyone involved in the project brings different requirements, which should be satisfied on the premise that project should be accomplished successfully. Thus it has been the focus in project management academic field that how to deal with conflicts from different stakeholders´ conflicts. This paper studies the origin and nature of requirement and puts forward the methodology for resolving conflicts. It also provides theoretical foundation for making project goals and managing project stakeholders.
