Abstract :
The paper discussed the possibility to construct a real-time monitoring system of sand-wind activity by combining communication technology, database technology and GIS technology, and made significant research on the technology course, database design and function realization. The study has been conducted from two aspects— theory design and practical application, and introduced a new method to make an real-time system to monitor sand-wind activity by using apparatus.
