Abstract
The agricultural information level is on the initial stage in Baoding City, so we should pay more attention to its construction. And on this basis we can find out the influencing factors and corresponding countermeasures. To evaluate the agricultural information degree scientifically and accurately, this paper proposes the evaluating model based on the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). The ANFIS avoids the fuzziness characteristic of the agriculture information degree itself and the circumstances of the neural network cannot express the fuzzy language. The evaluation of 10 counties in Baoding City shows that the emulation results given by this model are effective and feasible.
