Abstract
To any company, it is a new challenge to manage and motivate the knowledge workers. We believe internal motivators including work authority, supervisor support, promotion opportunity and person-organization fit and constructs the model to describe the relation between internal motivators and performance of knowledge workers, which will be tested by empirical study. It can help to achieve the goal of the organization and improve the organizational performance to learn about internal motivators influences on job performance. 1
