Abstract
The LE-FDTD method is used to investigate optimisation of slot antenna based quasi-optical multipliers. The method has been validated against a passive structure and active structures in both small and large signal regimes. Good agreement has been obtained in all cases. A dual offset diode structure has been proposed and investigated.
