  • Abstract
    Nowadays, Study on project finance is usually limited to characteristics and its derived patterns, but lack of research on its business methodology. From the viewpoint of system engineering , this paper firstly bring forward the notion of project financial system ,and analyze its operational system based on method of objective oriented project planning, so as to help us to use this financial pattern.
