Process Approach for Decoration Project Quality Control and Management

This paper presents an issue of using process approach and project lifecycle to manage decoration project. It analyses the five steps such as primary decoration conceiving, technician and builder choosing and signing up contract, decoration work plan designing, material stocking and field constructing, finished product checking and accepting. By using process approach to the project flow control, the decoration project management validity and constructing quality could be ensured well.
