Study on Management of Construction Joint Venture

In recent years, the tender by the forms of construction joint venture are more and more widely used in some domestic large-scale or complex structure of the bidding for construction projects. This paper analyzed the advantages of contracting by construction joint venture. Based on the current status of the development of China´s construction joint venture, the problems were explored, and constructive suggestions to promote the current healthy development of China´s construction joint venture were put forward.
