Abstract :
With rapid development of e-commerce, B2B electronic commerce pattern has been one of the hot issues that people are paying much attention to. The paper is aimed at giving a brief introduction to the classification of B2B pattern and making analysis on the structure of vertical B2B pattern. The biggest threat to the development of vertical B2B is from the comprehensive B2B. By SWOT analysis from the inside of vertical B2B pattern and analysis on its external competition, the paper hopes to give competitive strategy concerning vertical B2B pattern in China.
