Abstract :
By using the theories of fuzzy mathematics, this paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the study of Highway Engineering Project Management Performance Evaluation. This paper, combined with the actual situation of highway projects, divides the management performance appraisal system into a number of indicators according to the needs, establishes the factor set, evaluation sets, membership function and weight set, and achieves the comprehensive evaluation to project management performance grading. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is highly feasible and effective and can be widely applied into the highway project management performance evaluation.
