Providing EMC of DECT Wireless Local Loops with Line-Of-Sight Radio-Relay Stations of the Fixed Service in Russia

The paper deals with EMC problems of DECT wireless local loops (WLL) with line-of-sight radio-relay stations (RRS) operating in the 2 GHz band in Russia. The EMC analysis of DECT WLL and RRS is developed on the basis of Hata model of radio waves propagation in urban areas. Assuming the typical technical parameters of equipment the required cross-service frequency-distance separations are defined.
