Abstract :
With the development of network technology, image-based real-time monitoring system has become a hot topic in the area of industrial automation, but in the current real-time system, the large volume of data transmission and the frequent interaction between client and server become the bottlenecks of real-time system. For these problems, the paper analyzed the concept of SVG which is XML-based, and using advance compression technology to compress SVG files, which reduced the volume of data transmission. Besides, the paper present a new data acquisition mode which combines push and Ajax, experiment results show that proposed mode reduced the frequent interaction between client and server, enhanced the efficiency of transmission of real-time information.
