Abstract :
This paper presents a new application of the Modulated Scattering Technique, in its monostatic set-up, in electromagnetic compatibility activities. In electronic industry a great variety of shielding materials and shapes are employed and often there is the need to evaluate different shielding solutions in order to select the best one regarding to costs and performances. So there is interest in the development of reliable, fast and efficient methods for measuring the shielding effectiveness of shielding devices to compare different materials and different shapes.
