Abstract :
This paper summaries stamped-copper winding fabrication for use in planar inductors and reviews the effect on the different geometries such as spiral, meander and mesh coils. The technical problems of stamped-copper winding fabrication are studied. Secondly, the geometrical factor of spiral coil is a significant factor to determine the conductive loss of planar inductor. Finally, the analyses and results of planar inductors are given
