An automated roll-back plan to IT change management tool

To ensure a perfect IT management is necessary the use tools that can provide a Just-in-time feedback. The IT change management is the main point to help the business goal through the use of tools with optimized procedures to guarantee a lower financial loss during the implementation of changes. This work presents a tool, specifically the function of roll-back plan to ensure the following objectives: a just-in-time reading of which changes should be part of roll-back plan; minimize the time to build and implement a roll-back plan.
