To explore the relationships among intellectual capital, organization culture; firm performance, 198 Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. The results indicated that bureaucratic culture positively influenced organization capital, innovative and supportive culture positively influenced human cap-ital, relational capital was affected by supportive culture, and three aspect of intellectual capital had different influence on performance. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.
