Abstract :
The emergence of the grid has brought fundamental changes to collect and deal with information. This paper states the evolution of supply chain model and features of supply chain workflow with grid as platform, studies on the problems about supply chain management with G-SCM as technology supporting, tradition workflow as foundation and grid as platform, and analyses the business process and working mechanism of the planning workflow, purchasing workflow, manufacturing workflow, delivery workflow and returning flow, the internal and external supply chain integration workflow; supply chain workflow. Finally, it looks ahead to prospects and the impact of supply chain management of G-SCM. This paper promotes to E-SCM high to G-SCM, putting forward a new concept of grid supply chain.
