  • Abstract
Time, cost, quality and resources, with mutual influence, are the four major control items for the general contractor in lean construction project. The best solution is to achieve high quality with low cost in a proper time limit, and the resources get possibly fully use and keep balance. Based on coordination theory and system science, this paper puts forward a framework of multi-object coordination management. The concepts of efficacy coefficient and system coordination degree are introduced, object system efficacy function of time, cost, quality and resources is set up respectively, the model of multi-object system coordination degree of lean construction management is proposed and arithmetic of particle swarm optimization is applied to model optimizing.
