Abstract :
Using simulation research method, this research considers the performance of organizational learning in personnel turnover and environment turbulence in different network structure. The results indicate that higher density network keep higher knowledge level in personnel turnover situation than lower density network, lower density network keep higher knowledge level in environment turbulence situation than higher density network, personnel turnover lower the negative effect of environment turbulence on network organizational learning performance.
