Abstract :
In this work, we report a systematic investigation of the performances of passive InAs/InP QDash one-section MLLs emitting at 1.55 μm with emphasis on the effect of spectrum filtering of longitudinal modes. A 1050 μm long as-cleaved ridge waveguide laser with a threshold current of 45 mA was tested (6 InAs/InP-layer stack).
