Abstract :
A description is presented of the stochastic-cooling system which is under development. Cooling characteristics have been calculated. The tanks are similar to those of the CERN-AC, but the COSY parameters have required changes of the tank design. Active RF components have been developed for COSY. Measured results are presented.<>
