Abstract :
A novel planar configuration of 0-dB directional coupler is presented as a single-layer crossover in microwave integrated circuits. Results of detailed structure analysis are discussed. Some design recommendations are given. A higher device performance in comparison with convenient 0-dB planar directional couplers is illustrated by results of numerical simulation and experimental investigation.
