Abstract
As a comprehensive communication, information and command system, the coalition emergency response system (CERS) is integrated with communication, computer, network, GIS, GPS, graph, image, video monitoring, database and information processing, etc. This system is a new hot research at present. Furthermore, there are many problems for the CERS security to be solved. The multi-organization key agreement and secret sharing for CERS is focused in the paper. The multi-Diffie-Hellman exchange and (T, N) threshold are offered to realize the multi-organization key agreement and the multi-organization security sharing respectively.
