Abstract :
In this paper we proposed a new wireless remote alarm system for vehicles security. Our solution is a new embedded platform, using mobile computation and wireless communication technologies to detect car theft incident and send image and text warnings to its remote owner by MMS/SMS. For using the new technologies, our new platform provides richer information and outperforms traditional car burglar alarms. And with the fast development of 3G network, our solution can be extended easily for more value-added services and benefit mobile communication service providers and users a lot.
